There Is A Purpose!
Judas was one of Jesus’ most closest friends. Jesus Himself carefully handpicked all of them – for a purpose. Jesus, while He was here on earth was fully a man and at the same time, fully God. He knew all things.
He chose Judas the same way He chose the other eleven. But He knew why He chose Judas. Because He saw in Judas what He needed to ultimately get Him on the cross, in order for His purpose here on earth to be fulfilled.
Did Jesus rejoice at the destruction of Judas for doing what he did? No, He is too compassionate for that. But He knew the depth of the greed and insincerity in Judas’ heart.
He was just made a part of the tribe in order to help make what God had ordained to happen. So, when God places us in some hard places, there is always a purpose. We might wonder why, but at the end we will see why.
There are lessons to be learned in our trials. Our characters need to be formed, tried and reformed. We will sometimes fall short, and then we have to have another go. Because we need to learn obedience through some of the things we suffer, just like Jesus did.
We aren’t perfect, and as long as we are seeking the will of the Father above ours, our buttons will definitely be pushed until we have become everything Father needs us to be in order to become the true sons of the Most High.
This is what the scriptures mean when it says that all things work together for our good. It’s not just the promotions or the financial blessings or the successes and all those positive things that happen to us.
It is also the opposition, the difficulties, the persecution, the hurts and betrayals, the tears and frustrations … everything!
When the LORD seems to be shaking everything that can be shaken in your life and it seems like everything is going to crumble, never fear. Everything will not crumble. Those things that are unshakeable in you will remain and abide in Him. You will stand and you will prevail!
Prayer:
Father, help our hearts trust in You even when we don’t understand what is going on. Help us to remain unshaken in our faith. And also, help us to learn every lesson You try to teach us through our experiences, in Yeshua’s mighty name. #Selah
Have a great day. Agape ❤
