There is a time for everything in life. A time to plant and a time to harvest. Time to laugh and time to be sober. Time to rejoice and a time to mourn. A time to be born and a time to die.

If you laugh when you’re supposed to be sober, you’re seen as weird. You can’t harvest unless you have planted. Also, if you mourn when you’re supposed to rejoice, people would wonder what’s wrong with you.

In the same way, there comes a time when you need to consider your life and where you’d spend eternity if perhaps you died now or Jesus suddenly returns in the rapture. You can decide to take action now or leave it till tomorrow.

I’m not just talking about your salvation, but also about being obedient to the instructions you have been given by the Holy Spirit for which you’d have to account.

You have to remember that tomorrow is not 100% certain. What if Christ returns today? What if you transition today? Don’t leave till tomorrow what you can do today. Don’t wait to serve the Lord with your life. And don’t wait to obey, to do what you’ve been called to do. Do it, and right away too!

I pray that we will be strengthened, not only to accept the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, but also to be fully obedient to His will every step of the way. When He returns, may we be found very ready! #Selah
